What is the correct link for SAP Crystal Reports, developer version for Microsoft Visual Studio?

The DOC-7824 page has this content:

Mentioned document http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-7824 gone to moderation queue.

So as of now we can't access.

Mean couple of user may pressed alert moderation option. due that above document gone into moderation. Once respective forum moderator take action and release or remove it as per the reason.

if its released for public then we can easy to access.

Lets wait more time and later try to access.

Seems like above link is belongs to Crystal reports forum.
