The menu is back - at least for me- but something is still wrong - the page loads and loads and loads....
I see these warnings and errors in Chrome developer tools:

Within hours, full testing across devices, browsers, and versions. What more could the support team ask for. You all are awesome!

It's blank for me too. 😮
I'm using mozilla.
P.S.: I liked the way it was

I've been saying for years this thing is useless. Finally my plan worked, hehe!

I think an organized, logical, hierarchical menu structure is very important.
Menus are so 1999. We are rapidly moving towards the Idiocracy-style interfaces:
Fiori just became self-aware.
Aliens ate my menu!
Then it re-appeared after about one minute of doing nothing (what I do best).

Heheh, I was wrong no need for NoScript... the menu works in https, but not in http .
Tried even with qupzilla and IE11 - same result.

Wow, it's gone for me too but only on Chrome on my Windows 7 machine, and not on FF.
Whoopsies! Who took the menu?

I can still see it, it just takes a second after refresh to show up.
I'm on IE11.

Currently it is working with no issues for me only on PaleMoon 26.1.1 with NoScript, all other browsers that I have without NoScript behave similar to your case. I have white-listed only part of the scripts running on this site, which makes me think that one of the blacklisted ones is the reason why the menu cannot load properly.
If this can help somehow - my temporarily white-listed domains for this site are sap.com and bunchball.net.
