Uninstall / remove MRS 8.0 (800) - ABAP add-on

Dear all,

We have a customer that installed MRS (Multi Resource Scheduling) 8.0 long time ago. They never used it and do not want to start using it.

Currently this customer is preparing an ERP upgrade from 6.05 to 6.08. They have created the maintenance transaction using XML-update from transaction SPAM of the development system. After having gone through the Maintenance Planner they pushed all the selected packages to the download basket.

The following add-ons were part of the selection:

MRSS 800 0007 SAPK-80007INMRSS Multi Resource Service Scheduling
MRSS_NW 800 0007 SAPK-80007INMRSSNW SAP Multiresource Scheduling 7.0 for
Net

These add-ons were put in the xml-file too.

After having downloaded all the packages they started with the SUM 2.0.SP10
but when they specify the XML file, the tool stucks on missing two sar files
which are existing in the xml but sar files on the disk of these
packages are missing.

Archive Verification

•G:\UPG\ERP608\MRSS_NW800.SAR

They tried to find these files on the SWDC but unfortunately they're are
not available, even in the archived area.

How can we solve this issue?
