New Orders Display issue in OEE

Hello everyone,

In most of our client's MII servers (15.2 SP3 Patch 15 with ORACLE DB and 15.3 SP1 Patch 8 with HANA DB), when an order exists in the DB but having a material that doesn't exist in the DB, we get the following error message when accessing manage orders interface and checking the NEW orders checkbox.

And this also gives the following error message in Log Viewer:

However, we have only one server (15.2 SP3 Patch 15 with ORACLE DB) on which, having the same context, shows the list of all new orders and shows no error message in the manage orders interface. But we get the error below in the Log Viewer

We kept searching for the existance of the material in all the DB but it only exists in normal tables which are MPM_AFKOL, MPM_AFPOL and MPM_RELEAS_DMD_HDR. Which is the same case of other servers.
Our client would like to get the same behaviour (not blocking user from checking NEW orders even if one of the materials doesn't exist in the DB), and the error message we get in coming from a standard OEE webservice.
Thus, can you please help us inderstand what may be the cause of such specific behaviour?
Any suggestion will be more than welcome!
