Email Body text Change in SOST for Automatic Report shipping

Hello Experts,

For Automatic Report shipping functionality we have a need to make some minor change in the text body of the email that is triggered and sent through SOST. The email has attachment of Coversheet and SDS.

I am not sure how can I change the text body in email or How can I locate the form where i can make the change in text of the email body.

Please guide me if you can.

In a nutshell. If i remember correct: In SAP Standard the eMail Body and Header is defined by a "phrase". And the phrase keys are defined using "environment parameters". More or less try this: Check "manage user exits" (in customizing); you should find two lines. One line is responsible for "LET" communication and the other for "INT" (eMail). There is a SAP Standard function module (per communication). But if you are not satisfied with SAP Standard: you can therefore use a "customer specific" one and then you are "free" to define eMail Header and eMail Body etc.

Thank you Christoph for the hint ! Yes it is linked with environment parameter where we define phrase key.
