User Cannot Open Reports within BPC

Hello,

We currently have a BPC User who cannot open an BPC reports. He gets an error message any time he signs into BPC. We're not really sure the cause if it's BPC related or just a computer update or program download.

He's currently using SP 30 Patch 2 .Net 4.5 x64. We are using Microsoft Excel version of BPC and have MSO 365 Pro Plus.

Below is the error message he receives. We've down multiple things to try and fix his machine to no luck and we've also installed Citrix and causes the same error.

1)Rename\Delete PC_MS (also PC_NW) folders in My Documents folder.

2)Rename\Delete EPMOfficeClient in the AppData\Local folder.

3)Make sure Office not redirecting to OneDrive.

4)Uninstall all versions of EPM. Check to see if any other version of EPM is installed and remove it.

5)Create new connection. Make sure setup connection is not NetWeaver version.

6)Investigate why direction is 😧 drive. Check EPM User Option-> server Configuration setting.

7)Check for recent Microsoft security updates.
