RE-FX: Sales Based Settlement to Rental Object is possible?

Hi Experts.

Our Customer is using Lease Out Contracts, and all the actual analysis are performed at Rental Object level.

After the Sales Based Rent Settlement is executed - the system generates the FI document with Object Identification as Contract Number but we need the Rental Object number.

Is there any method to achieve this particular request?

For the Office Based Rent there is a standard setup and it works, but for what about the Sales Base Rent?

Hello Florin,

In this case you need to create a condition that is sales based rent and use the rental object in the distribution subfolder:

Distribution Obj = Rental Object.

You were right, that's the correct solution. Thank you very much ! 🙂

But now the Customer is having another request:

- The system generated 2 FI documents: the first one as previously with allocation to Contract, the second document is for transfer of revenues from Contract to Rental Object;

- Is any possibility to merge those two documents from the beginning? After the Settlement to have only one document?

The purpose would be to reduce the number of line items at the Revenue GL account level.

The Customer is having a very large number of Lease Out Contracts, so he wants as much as possible a lower number of line items on the detailed reports for Revenue Account of Sales Based Rent.

Is there a specific Customization for the Flow Types used in relation with the Condition Type for Sales Based Rent?
