No batch input data for screen SAPLBANK 0100

Hi all,

In ECC 6.0

while doing the LSMW for vendor creation xk01. some vendors are created but some vendors are getting this error "No batch input data for screen SAPLBANK 0100"

Bank name field is not mandatory. 

what might me the issue causing this error. have you come across this error before ? please help.

This is the dynpro for bank master data creation (aka FI01)

• Seems you are creating some vendors with account in a bank not yet created
• Consider using BAPI_BANK_CREATE (or BDC on FI01) to create the bank master data before creating the vendor (even without name if functionals accepted that 😥)

yes, you are correct, bank data is not created in Quality system so we got this error. Then i checked the bank data in production and it is available. all vendors are created now.
