New Report & Edit Report Option Greyed out

Hi Experts,

I am on BPC 10.0 NW SP 20 and my "New Report" and "Edit Report" option is greyed out. Any solution on the same.

Thanks for your reply.

In my case when i am opening a new worksheet, the "New Report" and "Edit Report" option is greyed out. But when i am opening an existing report i can find both the options available.

Kindly check any office update  with this number -  2553154 , if yes uninstall it.

Hi Vishal,

1) Clear meta data cache

Check whether it is working or not.

if not

2) Clear temp file

3) Re-install EPM Add-In,

just do this one

you need to deleteMSForms.EXD fromC:\Users\[user.name]\AppData\

Local\Temp\use search box to searchanddelete all

thats all.

Please try uninstall EPM add-in and install it again.

Also, please check if it is for OLD reports as well
