BPC Failed to call function UJN_API_HIE_UPDATE2 during import of new environment

Hello,

I have created a new model (standard Model) in Development system, then created a transport request containing the model and all the dependencies. The transport releases fine but when it is imported to QA system i get the "Failed to call function UJN_API_HIE_UPDATE2" (UJT_EXCEPTION121) error when importing.

The problem details with a list of:

Node [00000003, 00000004]: Leaf '' already exists as child of node 00000001

This error is usually related to a corrupted time-dependent hierarchy, but we don't have any in our environment. We have also tried to clear and reactivate the ENVIRONMENTSHELL, but with no results.

The import has created in QA the environment and all the dimensions, but stops before building models. The dimensions have all been created correctly and we manually reprocessed all of them without problems.

Does anyone know how to handle this situation?

We are on BW 7.50 SP15 with BPC 10.5 SP17
