BIT not generating from rated CIT

Hello,

My CIT is getting rated successfully but it is not generating any BIT. This issue started only since few days, before with the same provider contract i was able to generate BITs. I tried with new provider contract also, same issue. I checked in CC and my contract is present, and if i create any charge plan it is reflecting in CCM also, so webservice username password is working. I even ran command 'refresh_raters' in admin tool, but still same issue. Can anyone help. I also checked if there are any issues in BIT class and everything is correct there as well.

In the rate CIT check for the linked BIT. If the CIT rating transaction doesn't result into a BIT it would say NO BIT, else a link to BIT would be there. If there is a BIT check if it is stuck in bulkloader folder in CC using admin+ command "get_files_to_bulkload"

Hello, I can see in my CIT that link to BIT icon is present but BIT is not generating. As you said i checked in admin+ using above command and lot of lines came. Now what should i do? All the files are having names as below

Based on BIT Class and date/time of CIT rating try to get the file name. Get the file from error folder if you have access or else with help from basis team. Check the file for reason why the BIT failed to load to CI

Hi Pratik,

As suggested by Ravi, you'll certainly find information in the charged item files (the output of the CC rater, comprised of CSV/GZ/ZIP files, and CTL files).
If it helps, you may also be interested in checking the logs of the bulkloader and of the rater.
Users sometimes run into issues after changing the structure of the BIT class in CI: these changes have to be manually reflected into CC. If you're facing that kind of problem, you should easily see it on the CC side.
