Learn about how the Python Machine Learning client for SAP HANA can be used to build classification, regression, or time series forecasting scenarios using the Predictive Analysis Library (PAL) or the Automated Predictive Library (APL).
See how the latest Machine Learning AutoML capabilities can help to build even better models in less time.
Very interesting topic, looking forward to this session 😊

Hello and thank you for the interesting session.
We are currently working on an on-premise R3 (7.5) System with a HANA Database. Is it possible for us to use the APL Library as well and what would be a good starting point?

This depends on license and HANA version you are running, APL is included with SAP HANA 2 SPS04 and higher. How you can leverage APL would then depend if you have runtime / full-use HANA license.
On APL there are many blogs, this one maybe a good starting point to use APL from Python against a HANA (Cloud) instance.
Best regards,
Christoph
