Hi Dear All, I am new to this site, let me introduce my Self My Name is Shariff I am having 7+ Years of Experience in HR filed (HR Generalist). Recently my Organization has Implemented SAP HCM where I was involved in data gathering for PA & OM mapping and involved in End to End Integration Testing and gained some knowledge. Now I want to move into SAP HCM Functional Consultant. Appreciate your valuable suggestions so that I can explore my career in SAP HCM.  Regards Shariff

Hi Shariff,

1. Go through blogs / articles on Certification / Career Space

2. Participate in SCN HCM Forums

3. Access Service Market Place and go through documents / SAP Notes

4. Read help.sap.com on a daily basis

5. Take formal training in SAP HCM

6. Attend Certification (if you are personally interested)

7. Apply for positions through different sources

8. Learn from your own mistakes in interview

9. Keep persistence

10. Get a job 🙂 and try to learn on Job
