SAP FICO 2015 US job Market

Hello SAP FICO senior consultants,

I am a junior level consultant, i want to know how is the current job market for FICO consultants in USA. i hear that the SAP market has saturated and there is lot of resource supply than the demand from clients.

Is this true??? or is this for other modules like SAP ABAP etc??

Please help coz i am in process of switching jobs.

It is a generic statement.

There will always be opportunities for good consultants. Initially, there might be a struggle for few minutes, but once you proved few projects, then you will be in demand. You may be correct to some extent, supply is exceeding the demand everywhere. But, at the same time, good consultants are getting the jobs without much problem. The problem is much with the fresher / junior level jobs, where there are lot of people available in the market.

i believe that every where the supply is exceeding the demand .. but the hardness is for fresher .. i have one friend in USA , he is also a fresher in SAP FICO , but after a while he gets a job he had to accept a job offer in another state as he is still a fresh in SAP.. you have to take this in you mind while thinking to shift a career ..
