S/4 HANA or ECC

I am looking for jobs in the Supply Chain field and most of the jobs in the field require knowledge in SAP. I want to subscribe to an SAP system in Michael Management. They offer 3 main options.

1. S/4HANA 2020 with Fiori
2. S/4HANA 1809 with Fiori
3. ECC 6 with EhP 8 on HANA https://9apps.ooo/

I am particularly interested in the MM and PP modules. Which of these 3 systems would be ideal for me? Because the subscriptions are expensive, I don’t want to make a mistake.

From the text of your question, it seems that you are looking for a job as an end user in PP & MM Area. These are good areas to be in. You should target for S/4HANA. I am not sure, what subscription you have and the scope.
