restart my career in SAP after 2.5 years gap

I have worked as an ABAP developer for 4.5 years till 2017 October, after which i had to take a break for some personal reasons. Now, after 2.5 years, I need to restart my career. Can you please suggest how can I do this? Should I restart with ABAP or should I get trained/certified in new technology in SAP? What should my next career move?
