Which type of transport task is used when you modify SAP standard objects?

Can anyone please give a explanation on this. Repair, Development/correction or Transport of copies are the options i got. which one is correct?

The "original system" of an SAP standard object is usually named "SAP", and clients can't have their current system be named "SAP".

Considering that, based on SAP Help, you can deduce what happens:

• If the current system is the original system of the object, the object will be assigned to a task of the type correction.
• If the current system is not the original system of the object, the object will be assigned to a task of the type repair.
