Hi Everybody,
have you seen <a href="https://weblogs.sdn.sap.com/pub/u/1918">Thomas Jungs</a> Weblog: <a href="/people/thomas.jung3/blog/2005/12/19/what-are-you-getting-for-the-holidays-webdynpro-abap">What are you getting for the Holidays: WebDynpro ABAP!</a>. <a href="https://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/downloaditem?rid=/library/uuid/cfc19866-0401-0010-35b2-dc8158247fb6">sap NetWeaver 04s ABAP</a> is avaliable. Currently the License Key Guide points to the Installation Document but I think my Weblog <a href="/people/gregor.wolf3/blog/2005/08/19/licensing-sneak-preview-sap-netweaver-04-abap-edition">Licensing Sneak Preview SAP NetWeaver 04 ABAP Edition</a> will also help you.

Is the 90-day license renewable, or does it "stop" there? In the good old days, with 4.6D, 6.10 and 6.20, the license could be renewed every 90 days "ad infinitum", allowing the less fortunate of us (those working for employers not to keen on upgrading to the newest SAP version) to get a continous glimpse of what's hot & new. Now, my impression is that SAP draws the curtain after 30 + 90 days, with no possibilities of extending "forever". Is this really the case, and if so, why this radical change in policy? Are we, the humble & faithful, not being trusted anymore...

Hello Trond,
I think you can renew it as it was with NetWeaver 2004 ABAP.

Hi Gregor,
is it possible to install "SAP NetWeaver 04s ABAP" on a PC where the "Full Java Edition: SAP NetWeaver 04 SP11" is already installed and running? Or will this result in any problems?
Thanks & Regards,
Claudia

Hi Raja,
but in what sequence have you installed them? First ABAP and then Java?
