RFBIBL00 Error

I am using the below file for posting via RFBIBL00 as client does not want the BAPI approach

However i am getting this error when i execute RFBIBL00

This is the file i am using

Hi,

did you try to add a "/" (no data-sign) into the field BBTAX-TXDAT? Just because it is mentioned that it must not be filled.

In general I would suggest to init all the fields with this no data-sign.

To check if this note has already been download, what status it has and if it is valid for your system first execute t-code SNOTE and click on the SAP Note Browser icon

From here you can just enter the note number 372925 and press execute. If the note already exists it's details will be displayed. See here for full step by step instructions on how to check if an SAP note has been downloaded and is valid for your system.

If note 372925 does not exist on your system you will receive the message "Unable to find SAP Note that meets specified criteria"

If this is the case you will need to download the note to you SAP system also using transaction SNOTE. For further details see Download note using SNOTE. Even if it does exist you may still want to check if you have downloaded the latest version of the note.

If you ask me, RFBIBL00 is a really horrible program!

We had issues with it when moving from ECC to S/4.
For sure we implemented https://me.sap.com/support/search/3198373.

I think I also had to flag the 'File Has Non-Unicode Format' on the selection screen (field xonunic)...

If customer actually doesn't want you use BAPI (why?) you could use following FM which will build a BDC as RFBIBL00 does.

• POSTING_INTERFACE_START
• POSTING_INTERFACE_DOCUMENT
• POSTING_INTERFACE_END

Dear All,

we have exactly the same issue and error message in new S4-system.

we implemented the mentioned sapnotes but still the same result.

So the solution is simply to fill all 'empty' fields including BBTAX-TXDAT with this '/' as no data-sign?
