SAP Authorizations

Hi Basis Guru's,

I want to create new role for users

SAP_ALL authorization but without BASIS t-codes authorizations....

How to create this role???

SAP system built in having this kind of roles or profiles????????

Please suggest...

Hi Saket

As Takan said, the most easy way is if you go into PFCG and use the SAP Menu and fill in the menus like Logistic and Accounting and Controlling (and what ever). Do not enter Tools.

Then after doing that go into expert mode and set everything to * (so that everything is green). You can do that easily by double-clicking on the top of the tree.

I already did that but user facing SPRO related authorizations problems.

Means if i give him MM all area authorizations but still he facing problem in SPRO

What do you mean with SPRO problems? They can not enter SPRO with Display?

Hi Saket

If you you can do some customizing or not is dependant from the client role. Check TA SCC4. This is ruled there.

And sure TA SPRO has to be given in the role as well.
