when i login to my SAP and browse to Help & Support > Report a product error, i am able to find my systems for which i want support seachable vis system id.
but i am unable to go ahead of that. I found may tutorials showing that when i click the system ID it would take me to the next step. but in my case it doesnt happen.
so how do i raise an OSS message for support to SAP global ??
Secondly why is there a "System Supported By" column on my OSS page ?
Generally if you see the system supported by message, that means that it is supported by a partner.
