Need Help in SAP

Hi,

There are no longer Favourites in my SAP Menu, i used to have in the Workflow all the Transactions that i am operating with, right now they have disappeared, i must look for everything that i needs

i able to access the application and work with it, still i would need to know what happened and how i can get back the settings that i had before
