[Bug] Answered questions

I already marked my question as accepted. Still get the notification:

"sajid.amir4 provided an answer to your question . If this correctly answers your question, please click the "Accept" option beneath the answer."

The question is in the answer link. I did a quick google search and didn't find a question about this.

Your question is not closed - other users can provide answers even if you already accepted some answer. If you close the question nobody can add answers, only comments.

Actually, it is possible to add an answer to a closed question if you first create a comment and then convert it to an answer.

I think that only moderators can disable also comment creation by locking, which is a partial workaround, but from my perspective if a question is locked, the option convert to answer should not be active. #yetanotherbug 🙂
