Update Tracking Number(BEDNR) of a work order compoent( IW32) programmatically

Hi All,

I want to update the Tracking Number(BEDNR) of a Work order component( for which PR has already existed) programmatically.

I have tried many BADIs and Exits, some of them not updating and some of them giving error

"User XXXXX is already processing Purch. Requisition XXXXXXX"

Is there any way to modify this field?
