would like to find out all the transaction codes available to each user. How do I do this?

S_BCE_68001426 to find out the tcodes executable for particular user

Profile or Object >> Executable for User >> >

if you want this in a program,

try tables UST04, USRBF2, UST10C and TSTCT.
