RSAQ_EXPORT_USERGROUP_CATALOG differentiate between Global and Standard Area

When I use this FM it updates the global area.

How do you differentiate to update the Standard Area? Which is the variable that you change?

Please let me know since I am having a difficult time to update the standard area,client specific user groups.

Apparently if you leave the 

I_WSSPACE empty it will be standard area client specific,if it equals 'G' the Global area will be updated.
