We know that we use CS_BOM_EXPLOSION use get BOM from internal object number or sales order and sales item number. Do you know how they use table to get that.

You can use table VBAP and pass the MATNR from VBAP to MAST and from MAST to STPO!

Yes but if we have 2 alternative BOM and with out production order but use transfer stock. How can we know the alternative BOM.

You can pass the MATNR in STKO from MAST and in STKO use field "STLAL" to see the alternative BOMs.
