This is the message I ma getting when creating the STO for a newly created material.

For other materials it is working fine.

Hi may be you are using a Material Type which is not feasible for shipping.

Try to compare this material characteristics using another materail for which Shipping is working. Try a hard comparision using MM03. I mean two materials in differenmt sessions and check both material properties.

I have checked the material type is same for both the materials.
