Maxmium number of implementations reached in migo

Message no. MIGO047 . Maximum number of BADI implementations in MIGO has been exceeded. I am trying to implement a badi in which i have to add a new tab but my badi seems to have already maximum number of implementation. Still searching for a solution.

The message is self explanatory to me.

My suggestion: check for any existing implementation of your BAdI and add there your code.

yeah i know what that means i have checked the active implementations but they all have there own code and tabs how to avoid this problem i dont have an empty existing implementation to add my code.
