Link between QMNUM and PERNR

I have to change the PCR workflows to pick up an approver stored on Infotype 1. In order to do this I need to know the employee number. I have the notification number available to me in the workflow but I can't find the link between it and the employee who the request is for. I can see who has raised the PCR but not who it is for. Is there a table somewhere that links the two together?

Plz check FM : <b>ISR_SPECIAL_DATA_GET</b>

by passing notification number... you get the different fields from PCR which are to be updated in <b>special_data</b> ... PERNR is also one of them..

sorry but, If I have the pernr. How can i obtain the qmnum?
