How to send the test file with non-unicode encoding format

Hi Team,

I have one requirement to send the CSV file from SAP system to external system through mail attachment. The source system is Unicode system but the destination system is not Unicode .They are requesting to sent the attached text file as ASCII encoded file.

Please help me to convert the Unicode file to non-unicode encoded file through attachment.
