How can i assign a search help in MARA-BISMT field

MARA-BISMT is standard field of SAP. there is no search help in this field. I want to make a ZTABLE for this field and want to assign a search help on this field. how can i do that.

Hi

There is no value table for the Old Material number ( BISMT ).

You can create one and assign it to ur costum table .

Goto SE11 - > select search help radio button -> give a name for ur custom search help and create.

in Selection method give the table MARA and Dialog type - C.

Below in paramenter give BISMT and check both Imp & EXp  the check box against it,.

Save n activate.. ur Search help is ready to use..

First of all Thanks for your Answer, But I think I Can't give you the proper scenario here. I can create Search help. But I want to assign that search help in SAP Standard MM02 - OLD material screen field.
