How add one field on the FB60 Basic data screen

Hi Experts,

I have requirement to add one field Rep. Date on the FB60 transaction code Basic data tab, but  same field is displaying in Tax tab instead of Tax tab user wants to add on Basic Date tab under Posting date field.

Anyone can say whether its possible or not and if possible then what need to do ABAPer.

For more information please refer attached documents.

FB60 - Tax tab Rep.date field need to remove from tax tab and same field need to put on FB60 - basic data tab under posting date (Highlighted in yellow mark attached document).
