Custom Screen Not displaying properly when click on layout.

I created a custom screen in a custom program ,screnn was working ok i and was able to change it,suddenly it stop to come in regular mode and comming like below screen shot,in development server giving a rfc error "

Look for OSS notes like 2251931 - Runtime error CALLBACK_REJECTED_BY_WHITELIST in graphical Screen Painter.

(Use keywords like EU_SCRP_WN32, name of the RFC connection for graphical screen painter, connection fail and got editor back in time...)
