Cannot edit task list object with activity type error - RCPTRA02 LSMW Direct Input

This is the error we are getting when running the Direct Input LSMW. We've tired with and without a Group Number and same error each time. Another thing that is weird is that we get these 4 errors per line on the file even though there are only 3 activity types (Setup, Machine, Labor).
