Hi,
How to download the Excel file Using SM36. This excel file every monday automatically running & send auto mail to the End User.
I will try in SM36 but first time only running.
Pls advise, how to schedule?

Hi Roy,
There are multiple ways to do this. But the easiest way is to use the SAP Office, which is inbuilt:
1. When you create a job in SM36, you can make use of the Spool list receipent option. Check the following link:

You can create a spool list receipent or group in the SAP system (SBWP tcode) and send it to many people also. This also support external addresses.
2. Second option is to use a perl, or any other script, which will take the files periodically and send it to the listed receipents. This is a tough task and you need to use the exchange server to make this option enabled.
