Avoid "Order Has Missing Parts" When Release Prd Order in BAPI

Hi Experts,

I want to Use a bapi for Release a Production Order ( BAPI_PRODORD_RELEASE).

In the normal scenario we are using CO02 and Release the order and save. when Click the Release Order Flag, it is been getting the error message with saying 'Order has Missing parts'. But we can avoid that message By Clicking Release Order Button and Release the order.

But when im using BAPI," BAPI_PRODORD_RELEASE" there is no way to avoid this error msg. So Could any one please let me know any method to do make this continue to release order with avoiding this error msg in BAPI .
