ALV Report Issue

Hi All,

We have developed an ALV Report.

This report layout has all possible icons like sort, sum, abc analysis, convert the report into spreadsheet etc.

For one particular End User (For his login), the icon "Local File" (Which will convert Report into spreadsheet) is missing on the report layout.

(Rest Users can convert this report into spreadsheet)

What might be the issue... How to bring back the icon on the report layout for that user?

Its very much urgent... Kindly help me out sooner....

Try checking authorisation or user parameter.

How/Where to check out the Authorization or User parameter?

Is this issue related with any ABAP error or Basis part (Roles)...????

Hi Pavan,

Just ask your basis to check the Authorization for that user.
