Everything has a lifetime and now it is time to
say goodbye to the SCN WIKI!!!
The SCN WIKI has served SAP Community and recently SAP Product Support as a great collaborative repository for nearly 15 years where content about SAP products could be found as complementary information to other knowledge repositories. As everything evolves, the SCN WIKI is due to evolve as well.
Starting
November 1st, 2023, all knowledge will migrate to the already familiar, SAP Help Portal, and everyone will be automatically redirected when visiting the SCN WIKI. As we are all familiar with the SAP Help Portal, no enablement will be necessary. It is important to note that the content will NOT disappear.
Not only has the platform changed, there is also new name to be aware of. The SCN WIKI will now be referred to as
Support Content. It reinforces the main concept that the content is maintained and owned by Support experts, as driven by demand. As the content is technical and helps to resolve customer issues, it will be maintained by Support experts from each product area.
While the content has migrated, there continues to be updates to the content, which will extend for a few more months. Experts are working to review, adapt and improve all pages, especially to make them aligned with the SAP Help Portal look and feel.
There are no actions from customers as all old URLs will continue to work, redirecting them to the new SAP Help Portal.
