You do not have authorization to Send or Compare a notification / DNO031

Hello Experts,

i want do send a message from my Service Desk to SAP:

-> Edit Message

-> Action -> "Send message to SAP"

-> Save

But the following Message occours:

You do not have authorization to Send or Compare a notification

Message no. DNO031

All requirements are done (AISUSER, AISAPCUSTNOS, ... )..

My SAP-User have all permissions: SAP_ALL, SAP_NEW, and RFC-Permissions..

My Oss-User have all permissions, too.

Whats the reason? can anybody help me?

Hi!

In trans code: AISUSER, did you place a value for the SAP Cust No. column beside your Solman login id?

I encountered the same error message and by placing a customer no. for the said column aside from placing the s-user id in portal under the Contact Person column, I was able to successfully send a support desk message to SAP.

Yes, i have activated the BAdI-Implementation "AI_SDK_SP_RFC_RP". I have place our SAP Cust. No in this field, too.

Hello,

it is a different between a VAR Contract an a CCC Contract.

The BAdI-Implementation "AI_SDK_SP_RFC_RP" may not be activatet in a CCC Contract only in a VAR contract!

I was able to send my message after deaktivating the badi..

Hi Benjamin,

I have the same error "You do not have authorization to Send or Compare a notification / DNO031".

I also activated the BADI you mentioned but it still didnt' work for me so I have now deacivated it and got the same error. Are you able to provide any details of what you changed to make it work?
