WPC Error: km_exception: !iFrameObject || iFrameObject == null

Hello,

trying to save some articles, banner, ... the following error occurs:

km_exception: !iFrameObject || iFrameObject == null

Can someone tell me what the reason could be and how to fix it? The basis guy told me that we have the most recent component versions installed.

Thx and have a nice day, Vanessa

Hi,

I've got the same error message when i try to save editable content of WPC

Was your problem solved by installing all SP at the same level?

Could you tell me witch Service Packages should be at the same level?

This is mine WPC SP: KMC-WPC 7.01 SP6

Thanks!

Hello Steven,

right now I am not in the office to have a look but you should have a look at the wpc, kmc core, kmc base and kmc coll (or something like that). If I remember right it will be the three KMC - componentens (and maybe something like ui_pc... or pc_ui.. or similar, sorry I don't remember exactly).

Hope this helps. If you need more informations just give me a hint and I will have a look as soon I am back in the office,

cu, Vanessa

Currently I've installed:

KMC-WPC 7.01 SP6

KMC-UI 7.01 SP6

FORUMS 7.01 SP6

But it still doesn't work....

Hi Vanessa,

I'm also very interested in your solution. We have the same problem.

When I've updated the forum component, we see 3 seconds the forum index and then it redirects the url.

I've noticed you had the same problem.

Any suggestions?

Kindly regards,

Gert

Vanessa,

Try logging out of the portal and re-login and perform the same steps.

Also, it would be handy, if you could check the sp level.

Cheers!

Hello Sandeep Tudumu,

thanks for your answer. I checked the SP status on my own and it seems that not all depending components are at the same level... so this could be the problem and the solution...

Thx, Vanessa
