Thanks and Regards,

Hi All,
Im working on the implementation of `WF for the company where I work.
I've done is this:
I desing the release strategy, the WF is already designed with someone that helped me who has done it before, the mail sending part of me said I should put a path that leads automatically to SAP, this is not how to do the idea is you get an email to the outlook of each approver and this person has a link and immediately open the workplace to approve all pending solped, end users do not want just want to login SAP click the link and you take it to pass.
I am MM and little management consultant programming but who can advise me that I do be grateful.
Thanks and happy day!

Hello muzcategui26,
I have simple requirement that an information mail will be received by person in external ID(outlook etc) that will trigger from some 'ZX' transaction . In that mail a link will be provided to user.Whenever user will click the same link SAP screen should be open automatically with T-code 'ZXY' without login into SAP by same user and entered of T-Code 'ZXY'.
How can I achieve this as you have written :
"this person has a link and immediately open the workplace to approve all pending solped, end users do not want just want to login SAP click the link and you take it to pass".
There is no workitem shown to user. Only ZXY T-code should be open in SAP automatically whenever user will click on link .
Please suggest.
Thanks,
Supriya
Hello,
"send the user decision and mail to the outlook"
You can send mail to Outlook but you can't send a workitem (e.g. a user decision) to Outlook.
However, you can send an email to Outlook which informs the user of the workitem in their inbox and even include a link.
To have mails forwarded from SBWP to Outlook, search this forum for SO16. Doing settings there will achieve this.
To send mails informing users of workitems, search for Extended Notifications.

Hi Neha,
You cannot send decision steps directly to Outlook as it is not integrated to SAP backend.
Instead you can send the inbox URL in the notification mail.
You can provide UWL link in SWNCONFIG > General Settings> INBOX_LINK_URL.
By clicking on the URL in the mail, he can access the corresponding workitem in UWL.
I hope the above will suffice your requirment.

Hi Rick,
I am a begineer in workflows and don't have any idea about notification. Please let me know how to use the report RSWUWFML2 and what settings are required. Also , please let me know if any changes are required in workflow as well. Will it only be sending a notifcation to outlook or it cab be used to process the workitem offline as this has an option for dispalying and executing work item also.
Regards,
Neha
