Hi Friends,
two users are facing problem to execute workitems from outlook inbox for purchase requision.
There are 2 SAP icons in Outllok inbox.
1. It will take the user to SAP inbox.
2. It will take the user to excute the item.
If the user is not logged into SAP and clicking on Second SAP Icon it is taking to SAP inbox but not to execute the workitem.
If the user is logged into SAP and clicking on Second SAP Icon it is taking to execute the workitem which is correct.
This is happenning occassionally but not always. Please let me know what will be the reason to happen like this?
Thanks&Regards
Bhuvana
Hi,
Hope to send workitems to outlook, you're using the Program RSWUWFML2 right.
If yes, in the Block 'Add Executable Attachment to Message For' you can see three check box options.
Work Item Display
Work Item Execution
Workflow Entry
You have to select only 'Work Item Execution'.

Hi Surjith,
Thank you very much for your immediate response.
Yes i'm using RSWUWFML2 Program to send workitems to outlook.Could you please explain me little elobratly.
Is it mandatory to connect to SAP to execute workitem? How workitem execution checkbox is related to SAP inbox transaction
if user not logged into SAP?
After connceting to SAP and clicking on Second SAP Icon,it comes up along the task bar at the bottom of the screen requiring you to hit the button in lieu of just opening the item on your screen.
Thanks
Bhuvana
