Workflow Item Doesnt Open ??

I have a workflow set up for DRAW object . It sends email to the approver for release .

When the email reaches the approver and he tries to open the workitem in BW workplace ...it gives an error PC application not installed for this ??

What can be the reason , is there any special part that needs to be installed on the approvers system ???

You might be unluckly with that one... I seem to remember that the DRAW object usually requires SAPGUI, not SAPGUI for HTML, due to the complexity of the transaction screens.

Try doing the same thing but on a PC with SAPGUI for Windows installed and see if it works then.
