Workflow hierarchy approval setup for condition contract

Hi Experts,

Can anyone share configuration step by step for hierarchy approval process for condition contract?

Example: 1. contract will be approved by employee A, if employee A approved it then it will go to employee B. If employee A reject it then it goes to contract creator, with email notification.

2. contract will be approved by employee B, if employee A approved it then it will go to employee C. If employee B reject it then it goes to contract creator, with email notification.

Is there any Fiori app or tcode or report where user can check contract no wise approval details?

Hi @arindamsur 

You can achieve this in the Manage Workflows for Condition Contracts app when using Flexible workflow.

You have to create multiple steps in the Workflow Steps section of this app.

Step1: New Decision step for EmployeeA

Step2: Decision step for EmployeeB

Step3: Release of Condition Contract step for EmployeeC.

I would recommend you to try with Settlement Document approval using Manage workflow for Settlement documents first. This will give you an understanding on how to use these apps.

Although this is not a complete explanation, I hope it proves helpful to you in some way.
