Hi there,
I'm interesting whether it is possible to achieve saving of workbooks on network drive automatically. Let say every day there will new data generated within workbook from the queries in BW.
Does Repoting agent do such an functionality?
Thanks,
Martin

Martin,
If you are working with BW 3.5, then use the broadcasting agent and pre-calculated workbooks.
If not then as GFV has already put in his message. Using reporting agent for a single query and then using the download scheduler, ti can be achieved. For multiple queries and/or VBA coding - nope.
Cheers

Hi Martin,
Reporting Agent gives you the chance to save on a XLS or HTML format the background execution of a Query. So, if your WB is built using several Queries and/or with VBA coding the answer to your question is no (it's possible but not with RA)
Otherwise the answer is yes ... it is possible!
Hope it helps
