Hi,

I´m starting with BI, I have created a workbook with one query. In the workbook I deleted a column that belongs to the original query. When I refresh the workbook, the column appears again. How can I do to make the workbook format I have selected fix?

Thanks a lot

Hi

Just select columns, rows and filters over the function "query properties" an save the workbook.

Then next time you open the workbook it looks like you saved it.

"In the workbook I deleted a column that belongs to the original query." with this i assum you mean that you have removed(dont want to display) a characteristis or a keyfigre from the query.

2 option.

You create a query-view of the Original query without the unwanted characteristic or keyfigure and then embedd this view in the workbook

OR

you enter the naviaation mode and hide this charcteristic.

ONLY DELETING A ROW OR COLUMN IN EXCEL WILL NOT HELP
