Work Item not appearing in UWL

I have created a custom WF with a simple custom user decision in, when I test the WF it appears in SWBC but not in the UWL in SRM. I have added the task into the UWL configuration file and re-registered and cleared the cache, but it still does not show the task. I have never worked with UWL before so any help would be appreciated.

Please check the steps in the KBA 2142932 - New item does not appear in the View after UWL refresh [VIDEO].

You can verify the connector status as per 2463893 - How to check the status of a UWL Connector.

In case if you are still facing the issue , please check the KBA 2261632 - Taking UWL traces [VIDEO], which will help you in checking the erros that are causing the issue.
