Work Flow Mail - Remove

Hi,

In the SAP PR / PO already approved, but the notification mail from SAP - Outlook mail display the Pending PR / PO Release.

How stop this mails? Pls advise.

Hi Rajesh,

I think you have given wrong place send mail task in your workflow.

After Approve/Reject Send mail task should be there, then that task subject of workitem will display in Outlook, Ex: " Your PO NO:12345678 has been Approved ".

Is this mail getting generated from any Workflow or it is one through any SPRO configuration. Please confirm on that.
