Hi Experts,
We have Created workzone site and exposed On-Prem apps and the tile are appearing in the workzone site but when we try to access the application we are getting the error as "s4** server IP address could not be found" and When I try to access the site inside VDI am facing the issue as SAML2 error.

Are you seeing the internal backend URL? If so, this likely points to an issue with principal propagation. It may not be properly configured, or the user account you're logged in with doesn't exist on the backend system.
When principal propagation fails (or if the user isn't found on the backend),the system defaults to the next available authentication method, which in this case is SAML.
